Conference Facilities Tendring

Carnival Lecture Room 
The Carnival Room is located at St Helena Hospice Tendring Day Centre, which is based in Clacton-on-Sea approximately 16 miles from our other conference facilities.

The Carnival Room has its own entrance away from the day service unit and comes equipped with everything that you would expect from a modern teaching facility. The room has been designed to support wheelchair access, and also has two dedicated parking spaces towards the front of the building for that purpose. Room hire is limited on a Wednesday, and can only be booked from 2pm onwards. This is due to patient use.

The room has video conferencing, as well as an interactive screen. In addition we have available a TV, DVD, CD and OHP. Flip Charts, pens, paper etc are also available for use during your session. Use of a fax machine, photocopier and phones can be arranged, please ask at our main reception.

Food & Beverages
Upon request we can offer a buffet service, as well as fresh tea and coffee if required. Please contact us if you would like further information and prices that are extremely competitive.

How do I make a Booking?
To make a booking or to find out any further information, please contact the Tendring Day Centre and ask for one of our secretaries. Risk Assessments have been carried out on the room, and can be provided on request along with a room plan layout.
