The St Helena Hospice retail department has been generously supported with fantastic quality donations from the people of North Essex for over 20 years. We maximise each and every item to raise much needed funds for the services we provide for our patients and their families. Our first opened Hospice shop now 22 years old incorporates the renowned upstairs wedding rooms which offer customers bridal wear, wedding outfits and evening gowns. Downstairs you can find high quality clothing, toys and collectables.

Our fabulous showroom (with convenient customer car park) can change its stock daily thanks to the amazingly generous donations received from our supporters. Anything from old pine furniture and antiques to modern sofas, dinning suites and beds can be purchased.

The Hospice shops in Dovercourt are conveniently located next to each other. The shops offer a range of furniture, clothing, bric-a-brac, homeware goods and you simply never know what you will find!

Our warehouse and van collect and deliver goods throughout North Essex. If you would like to donate a piece of furniture or find out whether we have something particular in our shop, please contact us. Delivery charges for purchased items vary depending on your area.
We collect good quality items of furniture for FREE for sale in our Colchester and Dovercourt Showrooms (our fully trained drivers have authority to decline goods which do not meet regulations or which are not of saleable quality)
