Whilst using our up-to-the-minute conference facilities we realise you may also want to keep in touch with your organisation.

Telephones and a fax machine are at your disposal and our reception staff will be happy to take messages throughout the day. There is also a library and study area which can be made available for delegates.

Overhead and slide projectors with screens are available as well as flip chart stands with marker pens. Wall mounted track systems with paper hanging facilities are provided in the Beeches, Chestnut and Acacia seminar rooms.

Besides hosting business conferences, the Education Centre will also be providing opportunities for professional and lay carers to learn how they can put into practice the type of care Hospices offer.

The conference rooms vary in size from The Acacia which caters for 12 delegates, to The Chestnut, which can set up to 16 people in comfort to The Beeches, which is designed to provide seating for up to 80 delegates.

Layouts in the light, air conditioned rooms can be changed to suit your specific requirements from cinema, semi-circle and boardroom style.

Refreshments are available from The Coppice, a central concourse which may be used for buffet lunches and is also available for exhibitions.

There is a patio with views over the nearby country park which may tempt delegates to stretch their legs during breaks throughout the day. While smoking is not allowed on the premises this provides a perfect opportunity to have a cigarette.
