If running or walking is a step in the wrong direction and pedaling is the route for you come and join us at our Cycle Ride event in October. Our routes are suitable for everyone, whether you're a fair weather cyclist, a family looking for a fun day out or an avid rider looking for a new challenge!

We've rerouted and marked up brand new rides this year - cycle 10, 25, 50 or 75 miles through the picturesque north Essex countryside. Your journey will take you through the areas we provide our care in - all starting and finishing at Monks Farm in Dedham.

Start times
Each route will leave at different times:

Registration price before 12pm on Thursday 5th October:
All routes Adult Cost: £25
All routes Child Cost: £15

£70 per family

Group rate
(Minimum of 4 adults must all book together at the same time in order to receive the group booking discount. Participants cannot be added to group bookings later.):
£22.50 per person

Safety
The roads on which the cycle ride event takes place are public highways with normal weekend traffic. There are no road closures for this event. We cannot express the importance of road safety enough, so please be aware of other traffic at all times.

Spectators
We welcome spectators at the signing-in area where they may wait until you return from your ride. Refreshments will be available to purchase.

Volunteer Marshals
If you can spare some time to volunteer at this event as a marshal or to help with registration or at the finish line, please contact Wendy on 07790 015845.
Back signs

If you're taking part in the event you may like to download and print off one of these special signs to wear during the Cycle Ride if you have a special reason for taking part, or if you are cycling in memory of a loved one:
