Midnight Walk 2016
Starting at Colchester United's Weston Homes Community Stadium, United Way, Colchester, CO4 5UP | Saturday 28 May 2016 22:30 - 03:00
Our 8th exciting and fun-filled annual Midnight Walk event is taking place on 28th May 2016. This year’s theme for this fantastic ladies only event is ‘neon glow’ and we want to see you dressed up in the brightest neon colours and glow in the dark accessories you can find!
This year we have a very special guest appearance from local celebrity Stevi Ritchie who will be performing live and signing autographs for our ladies before they set off on their journey! Colchester boy Stevi shot to fame on the The X Factor and Celebrity Big Brother 2015.
Our dazzling ladies will be setting off from Colchester United’s Weston Homes Community Stadium at 10.30pm to take on one of two routes - 3 miles or 7.5 miles.
Ages 11 and upwards can join in the excitement and this year we want to see as many ladies as possible walking and ‘glowing’ for the hospice!
We will be sending out a special tag to participants which can be personalised and hung on our special memory tree at our 'memory stop' along the route.
This year we have created special back signs for you to wear on the night if you have a special reason for taking part, or if you are walking in memory of a loved one. Download yours:
