Collection Saturday 6th January 2018
Our tree-cycle is back, and this year we're expanding to our supporters in CO13!
It can be a struggle disposing of your Christmas tree once the festive season is over, but we're here to save the day! We'll collect and recycle your tree thanks to Colchester Borough Council who are providing their recycling facilities. We would welcome a suggested donation of £7.50.
We will be collecting trees from in CO1 - CO9 and CO13.
Book your collection, make a donation and help us to continue to support our patients and families in north east Essex.
If you have any queries about the collection please contact our fundraising office on 01206 931468 or email Lizzie Deed email@example.com

Terms and Conditions
By using the St Helena Hospice Christmas tree-cycle website, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
St Helena Hospice reserves the right to update and change the terms of conditions from time to time without notice. Continued use of the website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the terms and conditions at any time on this page.
1. Our Service
The service we provide is the collection of 'real' Christmas Trees from residents in the CO1 to CO7 area, and the transporting of those same Christmas Trees to Colchester Borough Council Recycling Centre. For the avoidance of doubt, 'real' refers to organically grown Christmas Trees with no artificial construction, as per common understanding, as opposed to 'artificial' trees.
We provide a facility for you to make a booking for our service, after which we will e-mail you a confirmation of your booking and later further information. Donations must be made via the website using PayPal or by debit or credit card as a guest.
We are able to accept registrations and payments over the phone for those who have no internet access.
3. Delivery of service
We shall attend your property on Saturday 7th or Sunday 8th January 2017 during daylight hours and shall collect from the location you specified when registering, an unadorned 'real' Christmas Tree. We reserve the right to reject any Christmas trees that have not been stripped of decorations - including pot or stand - and to refuse refund of donation, to cover our costs incurred. Similarly, if your tree is not in a place accessible to us, you will not be entitled to a refund of donation.
We are unable to access your property or gain access to the rear of your property to collect your tree. Your tree must be placed in the location stipulated at point of registration. This must be accessible from the road or driveway.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
If, following receipt of payment, we are unable to fulfil the service on the agreed day, we will contact you to try to arrange collection for another day. If this is not acceptable to you, we will make a full refund without quibble. We will not be liable for any damage, costs, loss or injury incurred by you as a result of our failing to carry out the service on the nominated day.
If you feel you have any cause to complain about any aspect of our service, or wish to offer suggestions for its improvement, please contact us either by phone, e-mail, or at the address below.
