Enjoy a great day's cycling through the picturesque villages of North Essex, whilst raising money for us at the same time!

There is the option of three beautiful circular routes:

The King's ride - 25 miles into the Stour Valley

The Horses' Ride - 50 miles to Castle Hedingham

The Wall Ride - 75 miles to Finchingfield.

Whether you remember It's a Knockout from the telly back in the 70s or not, you can expect to have bags of fun.

We are looking for 10 teams, consisting of at least 10 people, for the morning and afternoon competitions. Each competition will consist of 10 different games - water, inflatables and more!

It's free to enter, but we do ask each team to raise a minimumof £500 in sponsorship.
