Summertime and the thoughts of summers past can make us think back to time spent with the people we miss.
These memories may make you smile or cry and although they will always stay with you, life inevitably takes over. We understand how important these treasured memories are, so here at St Helena Hospice we try to help patients and their families make as many memories together while they can.
“The biggest support given to us was the ability to focus on what we needed to focus on, spending time with my mum. We were able to make the most of those precious last moments.” Jon Rolls, whose mum was cared for by St Helena Hospice last year. Read Jon's story
St Helena Hospice truly believes that everyone deserves to have the best possible care, and it is our continuing aim to provide this care to those who need it most; but we can’t do this without your help.
So this summer we are asking you to help more families by making a donation to our Summer Reflections appeal.
Every penny you can donate really will help us to help local people with an incurable illness to live well and die with dignity and choice. By donating just £5 you could pay for a memories book for a child to help them remember a loved one.
Please click the button below to donate online or text SMRA17 £5 (or however much you'd like to donate) to 70070.
Thank you for your support.
St Helena Hospice warmly invites you to attend our Summer Reflections service
on Sunday 16th July 2017.
